9.0 Hz Frequency: When Change Begins with the Mindset In an era of accelerating institutional transformations, the "9.0 Hz Frequency" workshop came as an interactive training experience aimed at reshaping participants' mindsets. Its goal was to enhance analytical thinking, broaden their perspective toward a deeper understanding of administrative changes, and connect these transformations to daily practices—laying the groundwork for sustainable and effective change on both individual and collective levels. Why? Because change is not managed merely through policies and procedures—it begins with attitudes, mindsets, and the core values that drive work. Because we believe that institutional transformation starts from within—from the people themselves. And because achieving positive and adaptive change is the cornerstone of administrative sustainability and long-term organizational success. How? Through direct interaction, role-playing, simulations, and teamwork, participants were able to engage with real-world scenarios and analyze them practically. This was all within a non-traditional learning environment that broke the passive learning mold and fostered dynamic dialogue spaces.

The ECO-Team from Al Tatweer Foundation participated in the activities of the "Old Days" initiative launched by Bayti Foundation for Development. This initiative aims to preserve the popular heritage by highlighting traditional songs and games, as well as empowering team members to transfer what they learned to their respective organizations' activities. The events included an interactive workshop that introduced participating teams to the most important games from the old days and provided them with instructions for the games' festival. This was followed by a competition festival featuring traditional games, where participating teams competed individually and collectively on Wednesday, November 13, at the Jesuit Fathers' Monastery
